Words of Wisdom from a High School Welding Instructor
"I really try to keep them motivated but let them know that failure is part of the process. You have to be able to fail in order to succeed. If you don't fail--or if you can't take that failure--you're not going to make it. So, you have to be able to take those bumps and say, 'God-dang, what can I do to get better?' as opposed to, 'Holy crap I suck.'"
